Plot Outline:

Oliver Stone's examination of Richard Nixon - from his strict Quaker upbringing to early political stirrings and the devastating loss to John F. Kennedy. Although sharing little charisma, his political machinations eventually pay off when he is elected president in 1968 - but, though safely ahead in polls, is brought down by paranoia when the Watergate scandal hits. -- Chris Kavan

Hopkins is great as the late president. But the movie is deathly slow. It's good, but not great.

Anthony Hopkins gives a strange performance and a highly inaccurate one. Nixon walks like some sort of troll, his voice is bizarre, it just is stone's own perception of him visually therefore inaccurate.

Oscar Nominee Best Actor Anthony Hopkins 1/5- this might be mostly Oliver Stone's fault but Nixon is portrayed far too poorly. Even if you extremely dislike Nixon this is not accurate in anyway. He acts way to strange and seems like a...
