A whodunit for the teens, A whydoit for the rest

Emma Roberts is spunky and well-cast as the teenage sleuth always on the track of wrongdoing, but the villains are again lackluster and the supporting roster of other teenagers just plain annoying; thirteen year old girls should love it. Final Grade: C+
