Unseen force of evil? forces beyond human comprehension? naw. just a horny old nutcase for a landlord that gets off on being a peeping tom. at least at first that`s all he does. you`ll have to watch the movie if you want to know the rest of the story for if i tell you any more, there would be no reason to watch it because you will know all that happens. not a bad flick, a small amount of suspense but overall, slightly disappointing. especially with hillary swank playing the main character. i would`ve thought it would have been at least a little more thrilling.thus the average rating.

It started off good enough but eventually turned into just another suspense movie thats been done so many times before.Jeffrey Dean Morgan was great as the psychopath landlord though
