A mid-life crisis strikes Marty the zebra at New York's Central Park Zoo
and he makes a break for freedom. Followed by star Alex the lion, Gloria
the brash hippo and Melman the hypochondriac giraffe, the four are
captured and sent to a wildlife reserve in Kenya. Due to a quartet of
meddling penguins, they instead end up in Madagascar where true freedom
