Lush cinematography and an enticing soundtrack cannot save a film loaded with legendary talents such as Bradno, Dunaway and Depp. The script was not enough to make this funny nor dramatic. A lot could have been tweaked to make this a memorable flick.

Although some of the psychiatrist stuff between Depp and Brando is intriguing, there is too much sappy romantic cheese for this film to resonate. Also, old Marlon Brando is kind of weird to look at.

Johnny Depp was disappointing in this one. Sure, it has an interesting storyline and all that, but he could have done better. Also, I know that it is a movie up for interpretation, but it doesn't really fit together all that well, with most possible ways to perceive it. This film was a bit dull at parts, but overall it made an alright movie. I'd watch it again.

This is the ultimate chick flick! Endearing romantic comedy. If you guys want to know what your women really want, watch this show. Depp is so, uh, well you know.
