This movie is about a a mysterious group of men conspire to keep them apart - they are the agents of Fate - the Adjustment Bureau - and they will stop at nothing to keep order. I really enjoyed this film, I liked the story and the directing.

Look past the film's Dionysian views of love and fate, and you will see a rather creative little love-story about two likable and charismatic people whose love cannot even be broken by the angels themselves. Stupid, but often creative and novel.

I thought this movie was ok. I thought it had a good idea, but they could have done more with it. In the end I expected a little more, a twist or something, but I didn't really get one. It was just pretty typical. A happy ending you couldn't help but see coming. It was still worth the watch though. It's basically about the people that make sure no one wanders off their pre-determined "plan". They make sure things happen that make things happen that make other things happen. A guy and a girl see each other a lot more than their plans want them to and the Adjustment Bureau comes after them.

I was glad they didn't venture too far into the romance department - just enough to make it believable but not much more. I liked the sci-fi element - the whole fate vs. free will thing has been done before, but it's still always a good story to fall back on. Above average, though not exceptional, sci-fi film.

I feel like the took the Watchers from Fringe and tried to make a movie about them. It was a good idea, but they just couldn't pull it off. Even Matt Damon's acting which is usually good, was average at best. The means the script was just not good. Maybe with some better writers and someone like Ridley Scott at the helm, they could have make a better film.

The chemistry of the cast and the slickly-directed action scenes make this film very entertaining and watchable. As a K. Dick adaptation, it glosses over some themes that could have been explored in a more dark and interesting manner (as in better K. Dick films, such as Minority Report or Blade Runner.) Scenically and stylistically, the film also doesn't break the mold too much and I found that the end wraps up a little too neatly. Still, Damon and Blunt are a duo that light up the screen together and that drives a lot of the film's better scenes.

This turned out to be a good movie. I didn't know going into it how much Sci-Fi would be in it, and I was unexpectedly surprised. Matt Damon plays another great role, fits perfect in the movie. The suspense is constant, you never quite know what's going to happen next. I do have to admit, it is eerily similar in design as a cross between Inception and The Matrix. This movie is based off a novel, so I choose to believe they did not copy off these movies. But I haven't read the novel, so I'm not completely sure. Still a good movie for 2011, if you haven't watched it, go rent it.

"The Adjustment Bureau" is a Sci-Fi, romance film presenting how long can one fight for his love through all the strange things happening. David Norris (Matt Damon) is running for senate seat and that he envisioned himself as a politician, but as incidents do happen, a secret team needs to "adjust" David's life, including his love for Elise (Emily Blunt). I like Matt Damon. Slight for Emily Blunt. The concept was good, but I think the story doesn't execute this good concept that well. A lame ending, as if it lacks wit to conclude it right, and that the conflict has been solved JUST THAT, as SIMPLE AS THAT.

Matt Damon has been effective with the Bourne franchise. A lot of running, martial arts here and there. For this film, I don't feel a bit of sympathy in his character. Here he needs to look surprised with what’s going on. Yes the story was original, the scenes near the ending were cool. The costumes utilized were spiffy and the pace of the story swift. I felt this could have been better. Maybe with another actor? Better script? More action scenes perhaps? This was a typical popcorn flick. It was fun, but easily forgettable.

It's your typical Matt Damon movie: smart, suspenseful, and interesting.
