Plot: The American Civil War famously pitted brother against brother. During this time there were a group of poeple dubbed "Copperheads" - northerners who, feeling that their side would ultimately lose the war, advocated with a negotiated peace with the south. In 1862 a righteous farmer in upstate New York takes this position - and tears apart the relationships around him. -- Chris Kavan
