Plot: In the 21st century the U.S. has been through a second civil war and is now run by a fascist government. The only free city left in the country is Steel Harbor where Barb Wire runs a bar by day and is a bounty hunter in her spare time. He credo is to never take sides, but when she becomes involved in a government cover-up, she will be forced to take a stand. -- Chris Kavan
