A film that shows that Communism does not work.

An epic with bleak scenery and a Dark story. This is incredibly well directed by David Lean since it truly looks cold and bleak there. I like how there really is never much color and when there is it soon leaves just like it does if there really only is winter and fall. The characters follow an interesting journey. I like the characters are developed with them all being very different. Here is a film that shows how bad Communism is and I am glad it just put there. I like the fact that the people think the communism is good at first before the revolution but how it is actually just worse. It shows that all communism did to make people equal was make them all equally unhappy. It shows the strive to get rid of all individuality no matter what.
