Although there are some fun moments, it's really hard to take any part of this film seriously. From Arnold's pathetic acting, to the ludicrous costumes, to the sub-par special effects, the film is a mishmash of fantasy film cliches. The thing is, the film plays most of these aspects straight, which ruins some of the fun.
