A blue macaw is sent to Rio de Janeiro to meet a female bird of his kind. They are the last two of their specie and now they have to breed. But a supposed enjoyable trip turns the other way around as some other guys got interest of the two birds- plus Blu, the male bird, cannot fly.

I wasn't expecting much, and yes, I saw not that much. This animation is averagely awesome, and averagely enjoyable. Over-all colors and graphics, not bad. The sound, music, voices are only saved by good songs. The story complicates the over-all direction of the film. An "okay" film.
