i just simply don't like the twist

so another good story by Nicholas Sparks.. I love the story until savannah sent the "goodbye" letter to john.. i just don't like the twist, that savannah married tim.. again, the story is GOOD, but personally i don't like the ending..
the movie is kinda short for me.. they hugged and the credits start to came up..
the acting is good.. i saw john cried as i expected..
this movie had more budget than a walk to remember.. but the simplicity of a walk to remember knocks this off ( for me)!
now i am waiting for the last song and i'm intrested to read its book ( dear john)...
