It goes without saying that this movie is down right awful. Jean Claude Van Damme's career was long gone before this movie was ever released. Unfortunately someone seemed to have forgotten to tell him that. The worst thing about this movie is that this was the last movie that Raul Julia did before he died.
Its a really bad movie, just spare yourself the time and pain that this movie has caused since its release.
