"Broadway Joe" Namath is C.C. Ryder, a renegade biker who meets Ann-Margret at a motocross tournament. She's a high-fashion New York photographer, and he's a hood who steals groceries and bikes. As Joe and Ann-Margret ride off in search of they-don't-know-what, the viewer is left with the quandary: Which came first? The movie or the band?
