the notebook is one of my favorite movies, mostly because ryan gosling is pretty sexy with a beard or without a beard. does it really matter. also i like this movie because its just a great love story. its the classic boy from the wrong side of the tracks meets rich girl and they fall in love. they are then separated by the rich girls parents but never stop loving each other. they eventually reconsile. what separates this from other movies of this sort is you forget your watching a typical love story and are sucked into the story.
