Action: 2/3 + Comedy: 1/2 + Good vs Evil: 1/1 + Love/Sex: 1/1 + Special Effects: 0.5/1 + Plot: 0/1 + Music: 0/1 = 5.5/10 or 55%.

Jenifer is a fun concept, but the problem is that you can call the murders about 4 scenes before they happen. Thus, the movie loses a lot of it's gas and the vehicle goes slow. Now, I actually do hope Jenifer gets a reboot or another try because she actually is a fun character that deserves more development.
