The Black Tent

Spectacular photography and desert battles mark this romantic-drama set in North Africa during and after WW2. A British soldier stranded in enemy territory falls in love with a chief's daughter and they help him fight the Nazi. A lot of the story is told in flashback so you have an idea where it's headed. The story itself isn't bad but it does move slow in parts. But the real-life locations shot in the Libyan desert are gorgeous.
