The worst line in this movie. Munch: "This is scary as balls".

The story is about three boys whose lives are about to change. Their neighborhood is being destroyed by a highway construction project that is forcing their families to move away. But just two days before they must part ways, the boys begin receiving a strange series of signals on their phones. Convinced something bigger is going on, they team up with another school friend, Emma, and set out to look for the source of their phone signals. What they discover is something beyond their wildest imaginations: a small alien who has become stranded on Earth.

I got to say the beginning of this movie started off pretty strong and I was surprised about that. Until they meet echo and that's when the movie went down hill then. As the movie went on it began to rip-off from E.T and Super 8 . Am not going to spoil the ending to the film, but the when you find out why echo has landed on earth and what he was doing, it ripped off super 8. The kid actors in this movie was actually pretty damn good, but by far the best child actor and the best character in this whole film is the character called Munch played by (Reese C. Hartwig) He wasn't just the stupid fat kid who is just they to get laughs, no he was actually a good character who will do everything to save echo and his friends. The main character himself that the kids are fighting to save (Echo) and through out the film echo doesn't do that much and you don't see a lot from the little guy. When I said that this movie is a big rip-off of better Sci-Fi movies, and I do mean it. I can't believe a movie like this started off so good but then turned into rip-off of other movies.
