As the plot says, it features Andy Varipapa demonstrating the correct way to hold and throw a bowling ball. He also performs trick shots. It also features Sunshine, maybe the most racist figure I've ever seen on film. He's a black pin setter who acts like his only job on Earth is to please the white man. I saw this in between films on TCM, I don't know where, if at all, you can get this.
