A story of love gained, apparently lost, regained, willingly requited... The movie about Rick Blaine and Ilsa Lund, the movie about World War II–time underground anti-Nazi movements, the movie about German arrogance, the movie about characters, music, and classic dialogs that have iconic status in world cinema.
I must know all the dialogs by-heart! I must have watched this one a dozen times! Love this movie, love Bogart, love (the beautiful) Bergman, even love the French Captain Louis Renault (Claude Rains). It gets better with each viewing.
A must see. Play it again, Sam!
