I agree, I don't think it was awful. Charliza Theron tried her damnedest to keep it afloat and Bob Hoskins actually made me care for at least a little bit. The visuals were all very nice as well.

I think she actually may have shown, like, three emotions during the film, though her rousing, inspiring pre-war speech was more "I'M SCREAMING REALLY LOUD TO INSPIRE YOU!" The movie wasn't nearly as terrible as I was expecting - though mainly because all those dwarves were played by actual actors I like.

Probably the biggest film this weekend - My only question going in is will Kristen Stewart manage to show more than one emotion and can Chris Hemsworth turn in an action role that will not remind me of Thor. Fingers crossed that this at least turns out better than Battleship.
