Plot Outline:

The Ubriacco family's Christmas plans are thwarted when James' new boss tricks him into spending the holidays with her. The family also brings home two new "talking" dogs who get in on the action.

Nice Family Movie!

James and Mollie Ubriacco (John Travolta and Kristie Alley) are back and this time around their little kids Mikey and Julie who are all grown up. James has a new job as a pilot for a small airline but when he starts having these long business trips and such with his attractive boss Samantha the couple decides that it’s time for the D Word…no I don’t mean the “Divorce word.” Mikey wants a dog really bad so James gets him a dog Rocks who was about to be put to sleep on the same day. Unfortunately Samantha knows of his plans and brings over her dog Daphne who is highly trained and she wants James to have it as a present from her.

Instead of talking babies we now have talking dogs (voiced by Danny DeVito and Diane Keaton). The interplay between the snobby purebred and the streetwise mutt ...
