Good god this movie was awesome. Nerve wrenching, interesting, and all together great. Would watch it over and over again. Good acting, and sick plot. Go ahead, feel bad for him, I dare you. |

Very odd movie, but Ellen Page's performance was so uncompromising and extreme that throughout the film I kept trying to figure out who the good guy was. |

Essentially a film between two people - Hard Candy is still gripping and tense. This film wants you to sympathize with characters that are unsympathetic. When you find you do, you can't help but feel a little dirty, and it stays with you. |

Ellen Page is disturbingly good |

Disturbing, but effective character thriller with repulsive individuals that keep the audience guessing; some of the motivations are difficult to decipher, but it's gripping, uncomforting entertainment and Ellen Page is fantastic. Final Grade: B |

I Heart Ellen Page |

Ellen Page should have been nominated for this performance instead. This movie is very intense, yet it only involves dialogue between two characters the whole time. I found myself biting my shirt during one scene, but the scene wasn't showing what was going on at all. That's what I call movie magic. This film is so intriguing and thought provoking. Everyone who watches this will have a different reaction, which is why I love it. This is a good one to watch with some friends and have a serious discussion about afterwards. GREAT film! |

WATCH THIS MOVIE if you like seeing pedos get it in end and who doesn't when i first read about this movie i thought trinity jims daughter from trailer park boys is going to go all catch a predator on us i was wondering how they would pull it off but they did but the end did leave a little WTF |
