A spin-off to 2014's LEGO toy inspired film, "The LEGO Batman Movie" doesn't feel as fresh as the original, but it has just as much of its unique animation style and rapid-fire humor.

A really fun ride - I loved the opening (revealing pretty much every Batman Villain from the top of the heap to the Condiment King), even if most of the supporting talent (like Billy Dee Williams, Zoë Kravitz and Doug Benson) gets little voice time. Still, it's a hilariously effective skewer of the evolution of Batman (and superheroes in general) with some great nods to the previous incarnations of the caped crusader. Not quite as good as The LEGO Movie, but still worth watching.

The introduction was okay, but I disliked how it was completely changed of the Batman concept. Yes, the Lego Movie was way better. I am disappointed and hate my family purchased the movie.

When I walked in to the theater to see this movie i wasn't sure how much I was going to like it considering the fact that I didn't really care much for the LEGO movie but my worries disappeared from my mind soon after the movie started i really felt like I was going to get chocked on my popcorn from laughing so hard it was a true joy yes BATMAN was a little cocky at the beginning of the story but he learned a good lesson in friendship and teamwork and the fact that you don't have to be related to friends to consider them your family Robin was the perfect son to Batman no matter how hard Batman pushed him away he always came back to forgive BATMAN for his shortcomings of being a father and he actually did take the responsibility of fatherhood in a beautiful way I say go see this movie …

The Lego Batman Movie - Review

You know DC f**ked up big time when a movie staring Lego figures started off a better cinematic universe than your live action movie.

After the surprise that was "The Lego Movie", which was my favorite animated movie of 2014. So of course I was looking forward to this. When the team behind "Morel Orel" is directing your movie, it's going to be special. Now while I liked "The Lego Movie" a little more due to the writing and it's clever hidden message, but still.

"The Lego Batman Movie" is the best Batman movie since "The Dark Knight" and that's saying a lot. With it's bright warm colors, fast peace, and some many pop culture references for its humor. There was even a Pulp Fiction reference that I'm not sure many picked up on. It's a movie for both kids and adults. All of the Lego …
