This is a very touching story of a boy who loves to dance, when no one thinks he should. Lots of good drama and plenty of funny moments.

Pretty good movie, in which a boy decides to give ballet a try as he finds he's pretty good at it. Typical stereotypes abound as he's doing something other boys his age wouldn't do, but through ballet Billy finds a strong outlet to express himself. A pretty good cast, especially from the actor who plays Billy's father. Jamie Bell is the real breakout star here, as the title character he gives a good performance that reminded me of how Christian Bale carried Empire of the Sun when he was a child.

One of my all-time favorites. A charming, touching story with laughs, tears, tragedy and triumphs. The acting is wonderful.
