Steven Seagal still can't act but he's gives us a movie that is enjoyable.

The inevitable cash-in sequel to a decent original this is not half as good, but still ten times better than anything else Seagal has done.

As with the first, this is a low-rent Die Hard. However, I kind of prefer this sequel. Mostly for the camp aspects.
