Carmen and Juni Cortez are now agents in the spy business and are sent to a volcanic island to deal with a geneticist gone made. When their gadgets fail them, they must rely on wits and skill to survive - not to mention a pair of rival spy kids as well. The visual effect's in this movie as got better but the movie is still not good.

Didn't like it as much as the first, but it's still imaginative and fun for kids.
