great film great cast great acting. lots of twists and turns. when you think of a jury filmyou first think boring but not this there is far to it than a court case. very enjoyable and fast paced intelligent movie.

A must-see for all John Grisham fans. Like 'The Firm' this movie failed to capture what was so amazing about the book. But it is hard for any movie to match up to the book, so that isn't saying much. If you are from New Orleans, like myself, you will not be able to stand the fake Orleans accents. I hate it when movies try to get a hold on it. Definitely worth a watch.

What begins as an intriguing premise (that a jury in a high profile legal action is infiltrated by a pair of hustlers looking for profit) soon decends into the usual irrelevant chases and hyperactive camera angles, culminating in the signposted "twist" and cornball happy ending. Watchable because of the experienced leads, but they can do this stuff in their sleep.

All the pieces were there for something good, but it just turned out like an episode of Law and Order.

Typical justice-themed drama with a few twists and turns, but not enough to make it anything other than mediocre. With a few exceptions, most movies based off John Grisham novels seem to fall into the same trap.
