I came to review this movie with the full intention of saying how great Robin Williams is...but I'm watching it right now and I'm so depressed. The indifference of everyong to how much he truly wants to see his kids is infuriating, but Chris Columbus does the best family films of all time.

Loved this movie when it came out. Very clever and well-costumed. Still provides a good laugh -- how could it not with Williams?

Robin Williams in drag is a pretty scary proposition, but Mrs. Doubtfire is the right mix of comedy and family film without veering into sickly sweet. Sure, the idea is pretty ludicrous, but overall it's still a fun movie.
