Mask is based on a true story, about a guy called Rocky Dennis, who has a severe facial deformity. It shows the difficult life he had to live, but how he never let it stand in his way.
I loved this movie - it was really sad, but made you feel happy at the same time. It portrayed Rocky really well, in such a way that let people feel empathy towards him. Really great movie. |

A moving story about the life of Rocky Dennis, a boy with a severe facial deformity. A shockingly honest look at the prejudice and trails he faced. Cher gives a powerful performance as his unconventional mother who dearly loves her son and wants only the best for him. |
