Geena Davis is convincing as a schoolteacher turned assassin in this exciting action thriller. Samuel L. Jackson has a lot of fun as her sidekick. The film does start off slow but the action is tense and explosive;the climactic chase through Niagara Falls is a highlight.

Trademark trashy action nonsense from Shane Black featuring his usual misogynistic overtones, but the dual personality sub plot and Samuel L. Jackson make it watchable in a car wreck kind of way.

Decent action/revenge movie. I liked watching Davis and Jackson together.

Beetle Juice, Beetle Juice, Beetle Juice....I don't think so. Davis has never been better (in an action film) and never been hotter. The movie in its entirety isn't bad. The acting and action is in my opion very good. It's to watch on a night where you just want to have some fun and see those amazing lips of Davis'. Jackson was really good, not the hero role as one might expect...more on the lines of his 'Die Hard' apperance with Willis. It has inspired me to make a list called about good movies with people who have/get amnesia. If you like action, so/so plots, gun play and Davis...then you will not be disappointed. Reminder, it's no Scorcese!

I watched the first half with my parents when I was about 15 and it was so embarrassing. I finally caught the last half on cable this year. There were big explosions and witty retorts written by Shane Black. Could have probably missed this overall, but it was ok.
