Roger Moore stars as James Bond. When an agent is found dead in New Orleans, Bond travels to America to uncover a villainous scheme by drug lord, Mr. Big. Throughout the film, Bond confronts Solitaire, Tee Hee and Baron Samodi to stop Mr. Big's plans.
