Bizarrely constructed supernatural thriller about a young boy who helps a ghostly girl catch a serial killer. The movie tries to balance out a murder mystery with fairly bleak commentary on racism but then also kid-friendly comedy. It does not tonally match up yet I was fascinated by this movie. It almost feels like a Stephen King story, but like with 'The People Under the Stairs', he had nothing to do with this! The musical score is very good for this. Far better than what is needed.

Unintentionally corny ghost flick for kids. Tries to be charming and chill inducing, but doesn't quite succeed at both and feels very uneven because of it.
