Based on the true story of the most successful raid in U.S. Military
history - after the Bataan Death March, hundreds of American POWs were
left to suffer in Japanese camps. As WWII was coming to a close, new
orders came down amounting to a death warrant. At Cabanatuan - over 500
soldiers, many of whom were sick or injured, thought they had been left
