Let's just make this easy and say that this movie could've been better if it were made entirely in mime with amputees from Vietnam. I hated...no, hated is much too soft...I LOATHED this movie and honestly don't understand how it could possibly be such a cult classic. Nothing against those that do, but you all suck.

What can I say, I'm a girl. I love this movie. It hold a lot of nostalgia for my childhood and I can sing all of the sings, still. It is catchy and a classic movie. It isn't an academy award winning movie but very fun to watch and goof off with.

It's not as bad as I used to think it was. But, it's still pretty f***in' horrible.

I cannot believe I have taken so long to review this movie, considering it is such an awesome classic. I have seen Grease over 20 times, easily, and I still enjoy it. I love singing along with the songs (who doesn't) and the movie all fits together so nicely. All the characters are so lovable. The only thing I dislike about this film is at the very end, when Sandy and Danny are sitting in the car, and they FLY off into the sky... I think that is just crazy! my wreck a perfectly good film like that?

Travolta and Newton-John are great in this goofy, funny film.

One of the best films in it's time in 1978 and still today one of the best out there a timeless classic never forgotten. With great songs and great casting Who careers were made and gave them recognition in the movie world. Plot sandy a shy girl from Australia who meets Danny on vacation who is not what she things until they meet by accident set up by Betty Rizzo at the before game. Also in the cinema scene the producer got away with you could say obsene images in the background on the cinema screen where Travolta is sat on the swing singing sond Sandy.

Although it might be slightly cheesy, it was one of my favorites growing up. The songs make you want to get up and dance and I enjoy watching the young John Travolta.

I'm man enough to admit that Grease is a fun film. The music is great - the casting is perfect and you know you can sing along to every song. I can't believe this is only PG - it's kind of raunchy. Today it would be PG-13 easy.
