Gentle movie about a 16 yr. old with writing chops. He befriends a reclusive Pulitzer winner and is accepted to a private school. He also plays basketball. Not especially great, but worth at least one watching. I've seen it several times.

It may share similarities to 'Good Will Hunting', but the relationship between Connery and Brown is genuine and touching.

A really, good engaging film. I wish Forrester was real sometimes.
