The worst mistake the Academy ever made: giving Jessica Tandy the Oscar over Isabelle Adjani for Camille Claudel. The movie was moderately entertaining. I remember a death scene quite well (the maid who dropped a bowl). Morgan Freeman is always great.

This is a quite moving story. Jessica Tandy is great as the cantankerous old lady who really is sweet as she opens up to her new chauffeur - Morgan Freeman, who is quiet but still resonates power in his role.

I checked this movie out because it was a best picture winner. I've seen the play several times and each time it was great. One can not mess up this story - having Freeman as the driver adds depth to the movie. Fans of plays will enjoy it.
