Not the straight-up sequel to 'Superman/Batman: Public Enemies' that I was hoping for. Takes place afterwards, but it's a separate adventure entirely: the introduction of Supergirl. The story is standard comic-book stuff that entertains in usual fashion. The villain's reasoning is unclear. The action and character dynamics are excellent. A fun watch.

The past couple DC animated movies have been alright or awesome but this 1 was a dud.I lost interest after 20 minutes but I still kept on watching.I'm glad I did just to see the final fight scene with Superman,Darkseid & Supergirl at The Kent Family Farm.It was the best thing about this movie
