Once again, Tom Six brings an undeniably inspired horror concept, but one with images so gory, shocking, and exploitive, there's little to admire.

These movies are so ridiculous that I just have to laugh and wonder why they even exist at all. That being said, the second sequence somehow managed to be way more disgusting, depraved, and pointless than the first one, so I'll give it props for that.

Tom Six is truly a messed up human being. Whereas the original Human Centipede was morbidly fascinating, this sequel is just depraved - it's a bit meta as the main character is obsessed with the Human Centipede film, so goes about conking people over the head with a crowbar so he can make his own. Sick, twisted but too dark for its own good.
