They certainly spent a lot of money on this. It is about as good as the last Spider-man series. I'm not impressed. I had a very hard time buying Andy as the high school Amazing Spider-man and Emma Stone as the high school girlfriend. I did like Martin Sheen and Sally Field. I did like Marc Webb's 500 Days of Summer but what should have been Amazing, in 3D no less, just seemed bland. I thought it was too fast in development and so slow in playing out the lack of chemistry between Andy and Emma. I even yawned near the end. Wow, not amazing, just okay. Splurge on the $10 popcorn to keep you entertained.
