I gave 3 stars to this movie because of Wilson, his performance was oscar worthy. Without him Tom Hanks would have gone nuts. So Wilson, my hat's off to you. You're the man, I mean your the ball.

This film was great up until the last ten minutes or so. Tom Hanks has an incredible performance essentially acting alone (Wilson, sadly, has no lines). However, I absolutely hate the ending, so I can only give it 3 stars.

This was the longest commercial for Federal Express I've ever seen. Seriously, they must have produced this movie. Tom Hanks does deliver quite a good performance in this, and I enjoyed it. Helen Hunt was Helen Hunt, as always. Still, Hanks always delivers. Good movie.

Amaazing movie. I really like Tom Hanks and here, wheter you like or not, delivers an awesome performance. The premise is great, it never falls, even when you don't hear during the film music at all, and it carries a wonderful moral lesson. Underrated in my opinion.

I was so impressed by this movie, tom hanks carried the movie by him slef for two hours and I only found myself bored once or twice in that time frame. Plus any man that can make me cry over the lose of a volleyball is a great actor. DAMN YOU WILSON!!!!

One of the better single performances I have ever seen. This is a good movie even if you do get bored at times. I have not seen it since it came out and it was really good. I felt sorry for him. The ending was a cop out though. Solid.
