More silly than scary. Not all the jokes land. But it’s got some laughs and the cast is having fun.

When it 1st started I expected I'd like this movie but as it went on, I was just waiting for it to be over.It felt like a waste of time.I thought it was going to be a horror flick but what I got was a comedy & it wasn't funny at all.I could've turned it off & watched something else but I already watched most of it so I stuck around & watched the rest.Tom Penderal (Tom Poston's character) being chased around by Morgan Femm (Danny Green's character) was the funniest thing about this version of The Old Dark house.Skip this 1 & go see the original
