A slight but breezy old-fashioned caper.

Uber FANTASTIC! Rian Johnson aho made BRICK. Clearly this was going to be good. I enjoyed it. Great plot. Great acting. Loved the wardrobe for these characters. Suits just made my day. Saw Joseph Gorden-Levitt for a split second in his cameo. Loved it. He was in brick too? YES HE WAS!!! A great film from a very romising director. Can't wait to see what he brings us next.

Doesn't hold the same fascinating depth as Johnson's first film, but The Brothers Bloom is an often funny, lighthearted caper romp that packs an emotional punch by its conclusion. Johnson is a master at creating fully-realized quirky characters and razor-sharp dialogue. Rather than make a con movie that spends a long time detailing the planning and execution of the con (ahem, Ocean's Eleven + sequels), it uses the con as a backdrop for a compelling film about the relationships of his characters.

Storyline had a chance but became too wishy half ay through - also Rachel's char didn't really do anything special which was a shame considering her skills from her childhood! Overall, wouldn't watch it again

Loved it! Has elements "royal tenembaums", "Ocean's 12" & "Bandits"! except it's better than Bandits A+
