A witty, engaging TNT movie, effortlessly led by William H. Macy as a film critic involved with multiple murders and blackmail; the teleplay co-written by Macy capably brings a noirish feel to the proceedings and the ending is tinged with a healthy dollop of irony. A small winner! FInal Grade: B+
