Handsomely mounted costume adventure but it's not exactly entertaining.

I just watched this movie for the first time last night with my mom. And, I thought it was great. The plot twist at the end is very good. But, the very last few scenes are a bit dry if you ask me. And, the fight scenes are very dated. But, I suppose that's to be expected.
