A very poor version of the great tale that is the Christmas Carol. The changes to the story are strange, and making the pacing of the film very odd. There are unneeded plot lines and the film itself is boring. The film lacks an emotional pull, which most adaptations have even lesser ones. There is not a single elements special about this version. The ending song is odd, the animation is incredibly inconsistent. At best it is boring animation at worst it is terrible lazy looking. Overall a poor adaptation that seems to suggestion to keep it close to the book. |
