This movie was really good. It surprised me, and was hilarious. I would recommend any one seeing this cynical movie, but most of all "bride to be's" and girls looking for love, after searching everywhere. I give this movie four out of five stars. Katherine Heigl is amazing in this movie and really makes it come alive. James Marsden plays a serious, yet funny young man, and is very well at it. If you haven't seen it yet, you must, especially if you are looking for a hilarious romance story. TWO THUMBS UP! :)

A basically predictable and uninspired romantic comedy. Heigl and Marsden work well together, but their chemistry is generally undefined and simply thrown together at the end for the most part. The worst part of this great example of mediocrity is the horrible miscasting of Edward Burns. He is a terrific actor/writer/director/producer, and a true pioneer of independent film. He doesn't belong in this cutesy less than perfect chick-flick. It definitely banks on the general love of weddings and all things dealing with them by women.

I was so excited to see this movie. I had been waiting for it to come out on DVD since I missed in theaters. It looked like this funny romantice comedy. It fell short for me. The movie seemed to move very, very slow and I started thinking I'm glad I didn't waste money for this at the theater. It had it's rare funny moments, but not a very good romantic comedy.

I am a fan of romantic comedies so you can't chalk up my unenjoyment of this movie to being a guy. It defiantly had it moments but it was a very very slow moving movie and the laughs were far between. There are a lot better romantic comedies out there that I would recommend before I would get close to recommending this one to you. All I can say is I am glad I didn't see it i the theater and wish I would have waited until it was on cable.

saw this movie drunk and still didn't enjoy it. I'm not a romantic comedy kinda girl and this movie is why. All the good parts are in the preview.

I thought this movie was really fun. Kind of a mix of "How to Loose a Guy in 10 Days" meets "Wedding Crashers". Heigl was funny, but Marsden proved to be the real scene stealer in this funny take on a cliche genre. It was everything I expected and while it doesn't stand out as a truly great movie, i think it will live up to the expectations of those that want to see it.
