I realize this movie was suppose to be tongue and check, but it only worked for me part of the time. It was alright for a teen comedy and I liked it better than say Bring it On. Not up to par with the 80s teen comedy/dramas.

Stick It is a lame and stupid directorial debut from the writer of Bring It On. This film is simply terrible. It's badly made with music overlapping some of the dialogue(or maybe that's a good thing). It's Awfully Written, with nothing but terrible lines and enough fart jokes to last a lifetime. It also suffers from a bad and very annoying cast. Missy Peregrym is the only thing that keeps this film from getting a worse rating. I've lost respect for Jeff Bridges(no, really.). This film gives new meaning to the word 'Boring' and it should have been released direct to video.

In the same league as Bring it On, except with gymnasts instead of cheerleaders. One of those feel-good films where everyone learns a valuable lesson by the end of the movie. Still, has more heart than a lot of movies of this kind.
