Tim Avery aspires to fame and fortune as a successful cartoonist. He finds his inspiration from an unusual source -- his loony baby son, whom, it appears, has been gifted with unusual "mask" superpowers. The young child even has a nemesis, a character called Loki, whose mask has been purloined by the infant; now, Loki wants it back.
