People seem to hate this movie. Even Sarah Michelle Gellar! I don't think it's really that bad. It's a typical romantic movie with some odd happenings. I wouldn't rave about this flick, but I definitely wouldn't try to sue the cable company if this came on HBO either.

Okay, I took a group of friends to see this in the theatres and I got my butt reemed by every one of them, promising they would never let me select what movie to see ever again. I don't think it was that all bad. Basic idea. Girl is a chef at her family restaurant. It's doing bad. She meets a guy. She gets inspired. She meets a magical crab (no this is not a disney film), she makes incredible food. She falls in love with guy. Craziness ensues. Get past a lot of the just really sappy and hoaky items in the movie...you do have a decent movie. Sean Patrick Flannery has always been a fine actor (remember Powder). And I've always had a little crush on Sarah Michelle Gellar.
